退货及退款政策
基於衛生考慮，SometimesLab e-shop的所有訂單均不設退換貨。除非是顧客收貨時，發現商品有缺陷、損壞，或本公司誤發錯誤的商品。顧客亦應即時（並不超過2天內），傳送證明照片通知我們，以便我們安排處理。
For hygiene reasons, all orders placed through the SometimesLab e-shop are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the customer discovers a defect or damage upon receipt, or if an incorrect item has been sent by the company. Customers are required to promptly notify us with photographic proof within 2 days of receipt to facilitate a resolution.
